This project was a full bathroom redesign. I turned a tiny bedroom and an airing cupboard into a beautiful bathroom, complete with double sink, a freestanding bath and a large, luxurious shower. We knocked through one small wall, filled in a door and created a perfectly proportioned family bathroom by doing so.

The brief for this room was to refresh the walls and wallpaper in a way that would work with the existing traditional-style loo and sink. The client did not want to change these but wanted to refresh the room, so I choose a strong wallpaper and a dark, bold panelling on the bottom third of the wall.

I gave this kitchen and dining room a new lease of life by updating all the hardware, updating the colours, removing a breakfast bar, removing the cornicing and changing all the light fittings and sockets. A new kitchen is not always necessary in order to change the character of the room.
